Serris – Val d’Europe, 21st June 2017
Legendre Immobilier lays the foundation stone for the Victoria Park phase in Serris.
Pascal Martin, Chief Executive Officer of Legendre Group, Michele Lobosco, Deputy Director of Development and Promotion of EPAMARNE-EPAFRANCE and Lydie Larue, Director of Urban Development of Euro Disney, laid the foundation stone for Victoria Park, in Serris. The event took place in the presence of Philippe Descrouet, Mayor of Serris and Vice-President of Val d’Europe Urban Area.
Victoria Park is the first new housing project resulting from the collaboration between Legendre Immobilier, the group Euro Disney and EPAFRANCE, which have already led several tertiary projects together.
It is no coincidence that Legendre Immobilier and its partners chose the town of Serris in the department of Seine-et-Marne for this new program, 30km from Paris. This is an attractive area that combines serenity and economic vitality, located in the heart of Val d’Europe, a new hub in the East of Paris. The Urban Area of Val d’Europe has been elected the most dynamic in Île-de-France to the point of becoming a major economic pole. Its development is the result of a unique partnership in France, associating the state, the developer EPAFRANCE, the local authorities and Euro Disney.
The collaboration between Stanhope Gate Architecture, a London firm, and Paris Classical Architecture, naturally gave rise to a project inspired by the Georgian and Victorian styles of the 17th and 18th centuries.
Echoing this classic architecture, the Victoria Park residence (6 buildings) is a symbol of English elegance and excellence: “It is reminiscent of the Little Venice district in London, which is a good environment for walks along the canals and beautiful Georgian and Victorian villas”, explains Pascal Martin, CEO of the Legendre Group.
