Stanhope Gate Architecture won an invited competition to design this major residential scheme in the Quartier du-Parc in the Paris suburb of Serris, a new town in Seine-et-Marne.
Au Temps du Faubourg is a new, mixed-use development within the Serris district of Val d’Europe, located 32km to the East of Paris. Val d’Europe is the fourth sector of Marne-la-Vallee, a new town whose creation is linked to a desire to rebalance in the East, the dynamism of the Paris region.
Completed in December 2023, the scheme comprises 90 residential, of which 57 are for private sale, and 33 social units, along with 650 sqm of retail at Ground floor, and basement parking.
The development was commenced in August 2020 and is a joint venture between French develope Nacarat and The Disney Coporation. Stanhope Gate Architecture worked in collaboration with Paris based firm, Paris Classical Architecture, who acted as Executive Architects.
